PVC cable trunking production process :
1.the raw material mixing:
PVC, filler, stabilizer, plasticizers, antioxidants and other
accessories, according to the proportion of formula ,feed the all raw
materials intothe high-speed mixer, after the high speed mixing ,the material temperature reach to the settemperature , then discharge to the cold mixer automatically and reduce the material to 40-50 º C; then the mixed raw materials could be feed into the extruder directly .
2.the extruder part:
The machine is equipped with dosingdevice, it make the feeding volume
match the extrusion well, ensure stable extrusion products. As the
characteristics of the conical twin screw, feeding section has a larger
diameter, the material heat transfer area and shear rate is relatively
large, it is good for the raw materials plasticization, metering screw
section diameter become small, reducing the heat transfer area , so that
the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates
in the barrel, the PVC mixture will be plasticized and then pushed to
the head, so as to achieve compaction, melting, mixing and
homogenization; and to achieve the purpose of exhaust, dehydration.
Feeding device and screw drive device using frequency control,
synchronous speed can be achieved
3.extrusion die part:
viacompaction, melting, mixing of raw materials, the screw push the raw
materials to the die head, extrusion die is the key part of the wire
trunking production.
4. vacuum calibration &cooling device equip
with the vacuum system ,recycled water cooling system , it is to
forming the profile ,the cooling tank adopt the stainless steel , the
vacuum & cooling tank can move back & forth by electric motor
control .
5.the hauling off unit
is for continuous & automatically drawing the cool & hardened
profiles from the die to the end ,the speed is control by frequency
control.
6.cutting machine part : the
cutting length is adjustable by the limit switch , with the delay
turning tipping table ensure the production automatically and
continuously , the cutter drive with the electric and pneumatic , also
equip with a dust suction device .
7.Tipping table:
When the cutting saw is cut off, the profile will continue to be
conveyed. After the delay, the cylinder will enter into workthe stack
table will turn over , discharge the tube automatically , then a few
seconds delay,the table recover & waiting for the next cycle.
