WPC profile production line is to produce various decoration profiles , such as the door / windows frame , the furniture frame , decoration profile , etc . the WPC profiles character :

1-fire retardant , moistureproof , acid resistance , corrosion resistance , long-term service life , no formaldehyde and other toxic volatile substance, no peculiar smell , mildew proof , water repellent 2-the PVC/WPC profiles can be processed same as wood , like drill , saw , nail , plane etc. 3-the WPC profiles can be recycled use , it’s an environment-friendly materials . 4-WPC profile production process : Fabric powder—drying – mix – extrusion –mold calibration – cooling – hauling – cutting — stack

The WPC profile extrusion line adopt the twin screw extruder with cast aluminium heater & air cooling system , it equip with accuracy temperature meter to control the screw temperature . the accuracy calibration mould ensure the WPC profile shape fixed , the WPC profile production line adopt the slight foam technology , it make the surface crust hard , but the inner layer with slight foam , it can reduce the raw materials cost and make the WPC profile more light .
